The United States Freshwater Fishing Federation
The intent and purpose of the United States Freshwater Fishing Federation (USF3, for short) is as follows:
To provide a singular advisory and governing body for American
anglers with interest or intent in fishing international competition
as said competition pertains to all of the following freshwater
fishing divisions:
- Black Bass
- Carnivorous Angling with Artificial Baits
- Carnivorous Angling with Artificial Baits - Boat
- Carnivorous Angling with Artificial Baits - Shore
- Carp [website]
- Coarse [website]
- Coarse - Clubs
- Coarse - Disabled
- Coarse - Ladies
- Coarse - Nations
- Coarse - Veterans
- Coarse - Youth (Under 14)
- Coarse - Youth (Under 18)
- Coarse - Youth (Under 22)
- Ice [website]
- Trout with Natural Bait
To promote the sport of fishing among American anglers and to foster
the best possible relationship between American anglers and our fellow
international angling friends and competitors.
To support the established guidelines of the Confederation Internationale
de la Pesche Sportive (CIPS) and Federation Internationale de la Pesche
Sportive en eau douce (FIPSed) model for international competition and
qualification for the various US teams competing internationally.
